Evening ladies:hello: Shiny new thread :D to go with the sunshine!

Doing ok today, I wore the pedometer from going out this morning until getting in tonight and have done 10,700 steps  AND I took it off while at the dance class  so a full hour dancing on top  Most of that was up and down the corridors/stairs at work and I've had the car today so didn't have my usual half hour each way walk for the train!

I had a biscuit with my afternoon tea and a yoghurt before class, just had aubergine and chickpea stew with rice and another yoghurt and will have a couple of ryvitas if I get hungry later on.

Nice to hear so many positive thoughts/ideas :T and that so many are starting to show results either on the scales or looser clothes, keep it up girls, we can do this

Right best get back to OH and sort the cat out. She's having a go at the Furby on top of the telly. Not sure what either of them are doing up there.

    Well done Taplady! :T

I'm feeling much better today so thank you everyone for the encouragment. Had a good nights sleep and then just chilled out for most of today. Food has been fairly good. My new DS game arrived in the post this morning so that kept my fingers out of the fridge :D

    B: Porridge with raisins
L: Left over HM chilli and rice
D: Beef burger with potato wedges. Choc ice cream for pudding.
Snacks: Bag of hula hoops :o Couple of handfuls of nuts.

Rockie - Thats a lot of steps! I think the recommened daily ammount for staying healthy is 10000 so you're there easily!

Jackie - I used to happily muched 2 or 3 chocolate bars a day. Now I usually have one at the weekend and thats all. I know I can have one if I want one and that makes me less fussed about having it.

Boo - Don't worry you'll get there. Theres nothing wrong with eatting food out as long as you're not doing it for every meal!

I'm off to watch the end of Officer and a Gentleman now (the best bit ;) )
