Morning All,
Had a long lie in this morning thanks to my new cutrains
Feel very possitive this morning. Really wanted to wake up thin this morning, but at least I'm thinner than I would have been if I'd have carried on the way I was
Not too nice weather at the mo so dont know what the day will bring.
Have a nice one everyonexxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hmmm, I did ok last night until I had my supper...and thn went back into the kitchen for a bit more food. Completely unneccessary, but I just couldn't stop myself.
Taplady sorry about your little dog. I cried for days when our collie had to be put down when his legs gave up. It's horrible, so heres some (((hugs))) for you.
Meanmarie that sounds fabulous. My sister lives just west of Cork, but I've never made it to the far southwest. It's on my "to do" list though.
It's a dark, grim, rainy day here in the north west. I may have to climb the stairs a few times for my exercise today as ds (aged 3) hates getting wet.
Take care all of you0 -
Morning all
Got up for my planned run but its tipping it down so I've had breakfast instead and I'll try again in a couple of hours - I don't mind running in light rain but torrential is a bit miserable!
Totally fell off the wagon yesterday  Everytime I do well I seem to reward my self by eating stupidly again and ending up right back where I started from! I was baking for my BF's lunchbox treats (he needs them, he weighs less than I do) and scoffed a banana flapjack and three twinks:o Then I went on my garlic ramble and they laid out a spread of various cheese and butter based products with wild garlic mixed in - all of which I was forced to sample spread unfortunately thickly on crusty white bread. I rounded the day off with sausages, cheesey mash with wild garlic chopped in, and baked beans, so quite a high calorie dinner too. At least I avoided pudding but then BF produced a bottle of wine so all in all, not a good day food wise!:p
However, I did thoroughly enjoy my walk in the lovely sunshine we had yesterday and it put me in such a good mood I won't let anything spoil it so there! We always have pudding at BF's parents house after sunday dinner so I'll allow myself that (it low fat cheesecake today anyway) and then I"m going to be super good next week!
Congrats :T to all losers - hope everyone has a lovely day!:D0 -
Morning all:wave:
I'm feeling pretty Marvellous this morning, and like Frogga a tad slimmer
My WI is Thursday so I can get away with saying that at this stage of the week.... although next week I have to wait until Saturday to get access to my WI scales anything could happen :undecided
Going to hoover then go out and buy some new walking boots today (I'm an out and out sex goddess;)) Then back for kitchen and bathroom- would you look at that, I went all flylady for a minute
My big baby is back from uni today, middle one at Loughborough till tomorrow and pipsqueak at her friends so I've got some peace, and quite frankly it's unnerving
B- Scrambled egg on toast
L- maybe just fruit and yogurt because....
D- HM fish and chips
Taplady my thoughts are with you- I need to make the same decision soon, and just hope I can be brave enough and not let my pooch suffer
Kentishmaid is that the Locksbottom to Hastings run? I've done that a few times in my last life when I was a biker chick :cool:0 -
Morning everyone
well yesterday when i got weighed the scales couldn`t decide whether i was 15-5 or 15-6 so i left it at that despite hoping i`d lost a pound.
Yesterdays eating went to plan until i got home and DH ordered a chinese and we also had a bottle of wine with it
Hopped on the scales this morning and i`m deffo 15-6 lol.
Hopefully by the end of today / tomorfrow morning ill have got rid and be 15 5 as my May challenge is to lose 6lb not bleedin put it on
Todays nosebag will be :-
BF- pate on toast
Dinner - yogurt & fruit - maybe a tortilla
Tea - pork, stuffing, veg & spuds, gravy.
Supper (if up late) 1 tin tuna on toast.
I`ve just remembered something from ages ago when i was doing a different diet every month, if i have one slice of toast with a tin of tuna ( in brine) for supper i`d almost always lose weight. Anyone else done this or is just me thats weird?
Hope y`all have a sunny Sunday
SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon0 -
Hi All,
It's quite dull here this morning but no rain so it looks like I shall be able to get out for a walk later. The trick will be to persuade OH to come too. He has been working for the past few days so I've been going out on my own. I clocked up around 9 miles I think yesterday!! I walked for over 3 hours all in all as briskly as I could, so I think it is around that. If the weight doesn't come off now then I shall truly despair.
DS and DIL to be are coming round for Sunday Dinner this evening. I normally make a full roast plus puddings and cakes but fortunately DIL to be is trying to lose weight for the wedding in November so I can get away with not doing too much. We are still going to have dumplings with a stew though as it is one of DS's absolute favourites.
B: Fruit and fibre with raisins and skimmed milk. Raspberry and cranberry juice.
L: Tomato soup. Banana.Chicken stew with dumplings, potatoes, carrots and green beans. Frozen yoghurt.
Snacks: Orange.
Have a good Sunday everyone.

Hya folks, well done to all the losers,:T:T a very good week for some of you!
Hugs to all those still struggling...keep at it, we will make it some day.
So, I have my new scales, which give the correct weight (DS2 weighs same on these as the hospital and gym scales), unlike my old ones...and I am now weighing in at 20 stone 0.4 pounds...aaaaareghhhhhhh!
That's nearly 2 stone heavier than my old ones:eek::eek::eek:!
Oh well, I was very good and didn't pig out...in fact I have had a bit of a funny tummy the past 24 hours, so have not snacked at all. I only had one piece of Toblerone last night while watching Pushing Daisies...even then didn't really appreciate it. I still feel queezy, but was very good and watered all my plants in tubs @ 8 this morning and hung the first load of washing out..then the skies opened!!! So after a second spin the washing is back out and the sun is struggling to break through the clouds...perhaps it will be a nice day after all!
So I am off to get some gardening done...my tomatoes need potting on again. I forgot to take the roast out to defrost last night, so we are having a HM curry tonight...though not sure if I feel like having some!
Have a great weekend...holiday tomorrow too, and the forecast looks good!
M
This sudden jump in weight is quite a shock, but I am more determined to get down to exercising more and snacking less...we eat pretty healthily these days as a family.

Our walk out with Iggie & Pup took a while---guess it's not every day you see someone strolling thru the streets with a lizard on their head:D No1 was wearing the fashion statement whilst I was [STRIKE]dragged by[/STRIKE]in charge of Pup & the shopping.
I'm enjoying the chew chewing & it is surprising how it gives you the time to actually taste each mouthful---drives Pup wild cuz he looks wilfullly at what's on yer plate, but he'll learn soon enough! I sound like that advert where Dawn French says "it's not terry's: it's MINE" at every meal :rotfl:

Wooo Hooo! I fell off the wagon spectacularly yesterday - shopping and had ham and cheese panini, then went out, had loads of vodka and tonics which led to..............A KEBAB!!!! Get in Nixy, you bad woman! I rationalised this in my drunken state because it had salad on it and I hadn't had my 5 a day
Hows this for mad though? Picture me at 2 this morning sat in bed chew chew chewing a kebab! Drunk as I was I was still trying to be good, awwww bless me, little fool that I am
Luckily weigh in won't be til Tuesday so might squeak it back - and have just asked on Freecycle for an exercise bike as I am outside exercise phobic
Hail me, unrepentent sinner that I am! Been bad and don't care! Woooot!:TComps £2016 in 2016 - 1 wins = £530 26.2%

Thats the spirit Nix :T
I too am still off the wagon - went for a run like a good girl and then had half a pizza and a flapjack on my return!(It wasn't my fault, my BF bought it!) I now fully intend to eat some chocolate - well if you're going to be naughty, you might as well make a good job of it! I'll dig my halo back out of its hidey hole on Monday but for today it has most definately slipped, crashed to the floor and, lets be honest, probably broken.:p0
