Another alternative to butter/margarine - ketchup, spread thinly on sandwiches with cheese or meat is delicious and just about the only thing I remember being told by a dietician when I was a teenager LOL

Mine is from Millets too, they are still £14.99 and I too have been through some carp ones;)
10000 steps is very achievable if you are a SAHM, I used to do that just walking the dog in the morning then there were three school runs and I'd walk to the shops and do about 25000 a day.

It depends. I sit on my lardy and spend a lot of time on MSE!:rotfl:Maybe I should get a dog :D

Anyway, I've just found my pedometer. It's a Silva one.

Ooops I've been a bit naughty! Had my lunch but was still hungary so had 2 fishcakes!

In fairness they are actually very low in cals (75 each) but still naughty. Am going to walk to the shop to get a magazine whixh takes about 15mins. According to my online calorie burner calculator, thats 93 calories burnt :T so my fishcakes will nearly never have existed! Well at least 1 and a third of the other one will be gone :rotfl: .
    Total debt £21,000

I thought wetsuits were good, because they are stretchy and hold everything in!!!!

    Afternoon all :D

Nice to see you back Kyle..im sure you will get that off again in no time :D

Had a wander to the NAFFI for a breath of fresh air ..whilst sorting out this morning i found an envelope from hubby with some money in and a note to treat myself to a magazine to stop me getting bored whilst he is away :T so i had a wander..and got wet through on the way back..it hail stoned on me all the way back :rotfl: .
So later im taking my mags and having a soak in the bath....

Used up the coleslaw i made yesterday with the gammon/ham from the freezer oh and an orange..

Im starting to get ready for my dinner but 4:30 is too early..so i think i will jump in the bath after i have posted this..by the time i get out it will be dinner time ;)

I think we all seem to be having a "hungry day" today aren't we :p

hope everyone who is struggling has an easier time of it soon..come on folks -we are getting there :D

right i will get off in the bath now..talk to you all later

It's not the hungry day particularly that bothers me, I know it will happen from time to time, I couldn't really say I'm hungry, just feel as if I'm about to go out of control!

  • Hi everyone

Some great losses on this thread, and loads of support. Sorry Toniwoti but you will have to include my 4lb gain over the last two weeks. Was doing well but then got an infection and just lost the plot. Nevermind, have been happy and relatively healthy so that's more important.

I was really focussed on my weight before and now I'm just more relaxed about it. After my depression, I just realised that it would be lovely to lose the weight I want but not necessary for me to be happy. Hope that makes sense to peeps on here:confused:

Anyway, I'm off to body attack tonight and have been healthy today so we shall see...

    B - 0
L - spicy lentil soup and some oranges.

    Have a good evening everyone
