I've dumped them. The first month was fine, no problems. I had registered that I would be on holiday last week but to no avail. I was flooded with mails both to send and sent to me. The phone helpline didn't answer and they ignored my mails. So goodbye. Far too much effort for 18 stamps

I've emailed them twice now in the past few months since doing this, the first time asking about the training docs and the second time just some general queries, and both times they've been really prompt with replying (i.e the next day) and really polite. So as far as I'm concerned its all good, got no issues and its not too demanding since if you miss a posting you can just post the following week. Suits me down to the ground! but I guess not for everyone.

You'll most likely get another email in a couple of days cancelling your other account also. Same thing happened to me :(

It does seem like they have got themselves confused with this one lol!! so I would give them a ring and just make sure exactly what they want you to do with it, I have always found them really nice and approachable on the phone, after all, we are only getting paid stamps for this :rotfl:

Just emailed them, they seem to contradict themselves sometimes - unless its me

I must agree with Lari everytime I have e-mailed I have had a reply very fast back. They have also been very helpful and polite. I have been doing this a while now and have no probs with them. I know whats turning up as test my as it's got the initals I put I wanted them to use for test items on the front. If you gave them something that you don't remember just aske them.

I also think they are getting a lot of problems with people not reading the instructions and not doing things as they should. I have had some stuff turn up from other testers that has not had the proper initals it should have on, also some have tried opening the SMARTS.

I cannot complain about them at all and I was only doing it in the first place as my mail was being put in other peoples letterboxes. This included bank statements, credit card details and hospital letters.
Thanks for any help and advice given
