    its quite difficult to tell wats not junk and wats a test letter because letters comes in all shapes,colours and sizes.
    All letters that are sent by people for to record have the same address as to what kantar send u.
    i live in east ham, london
    But they do not put the east ham on the letters that they send to me just london.
    So check yours out see if theres any difference.

    Any test items should have your test initials on it after Miss/Mrs/Ms/Mr and before the surname...my test initials are my actual initials, wasn't sure what they were asking for when I signed up...

    The envelope that came to me was large white from Kantar. The brown envelope enclosed was addressed to National Farmers Union (official envelope) and the insert inside this brown envelope had an insert which said 'insert back in the envelope marked National Farmers Union before returning to Research international.' What I don't get is why would they send a printed, stamped envelope to NFU when they wanted me to return it to them? Thanks for your patience!!!! :( vbmenu_register("postmenu_9984427", true);

    They seem to send things in a funny order but you should receive the envelope shortly.

    The large plastic envelope is for you to return anything you've received in the post with your test initials on it so they can check the postmarks etc on it.

    cheers for explaining that so far I have not received anything with my test initials on but I imagine I will soon, I got in touch with them regarding the missing large brown stamped envelope they wanted me to use today and they said disregard todays task and they will note it on system also they apologised - so Im due to send my first smart on friday

    I'm only on my second batch of "probation" mailings but it does seem to me that by not having an effective online Tuition process, (and it didn't work for me either), the Post Office has spawned hundreds of queries from people who are still unsure of the process, despite reading the training instructions. I was always taught that the most effective training programmes are aimed at "Idiot" level, i.e. that if somebody has to ask a question about something, you probably haven't explained the process as well as you could have done, i.e. Say "This is a picture of a key, and this is a picture of a lock. You put this "key" into this "lock" , rather than just giving an instruction "Unlock the door". The more simple your training, the more quickly your staff become effective. I wonder who wrote these Post Office training documents. Bet it was somebody who had never had to train anybody. Their staff must be spending a huge amount of time trying to respond to queries that an comprehensive training process should have answered in the first place.

    I know that we have to attach a sticker when we return items.

    Do we stick it on the back of the grey plastic envelope or 1 on each of the test items?

    Just one on the back of the grey plastic envelope

    It does seem like they have got themselves confused with this one lol!! so I would give them a ring and just make sure exactly what they want you to do with it, I have always found them really nice and approachable on the phone, after all, we are only getting paid stamps for this :rotfl:

    Hi can anyone help I just received my first test item which contained a smart which I have entered onto the website as being received, next week in my posting schedule I have 2 items to post which says add smart the only thing is it does not say which smart to contain and it also does not say on the information sheet provided so do I just add this smart that I received today which is now showing up as awaiting stock check in the manage my smarts section?:confused:

    Also do I just return any test items at the end of the week in the large plastic envelope even though they haven't asked me too?
