I received my £6 worth of vouches the other day. I was a bit confused as to what i had to do (this is for the mis delivery survey) so i phoned them getting though straight away. Survey mis delivery what this means is that you have to record all the post you get from 14th-27th write it in on the form they send you then send the form back on saturday this is for two weeks only

how do you deal with it when you have to post an envelope on a certain day between 1 and 5 but you work on that day and aren't in the area to do it

If you cant post on 1 day, for whatever reason, you have to post it at the same time on the same day the following week.

Actually it doesn't HAVE to be the same time :D . You can post it any time on that day of the week in any of your boxes.

OK I have a couple of simple (hopefully) questions for people who have been doing this for a while.

    1) Just started to get incoming mail now and i believe i have to send it back to them, am i right in thinking i just put it all the big Grey plastic envelope (top line address ends in CPD) and mail it back to them?
    2) Also on my list of "Information Labels" they send me it has 2 labels (with barcodes) that say "Please attach this label to the envelopes that you return your items to us inside" how does this work as i only have 2 labels and 4 items to send back.

Sorry for newbie Q's but don't fancy screwing it up as stamps are coming handy right now.

    Hi alloneword

You put all the letters you receive (but don't forget to take the smarts out!) back into the grey envelope. Just send it back once a week.

Regarding the labels with barcodes, you stick one of the labels on the back of the grey envelope that has all the post in it you've received that week.

    Hope that makes sense !

I have a grey sack ready to post back to them (about 8 received mail items).

All looks straight forward enough but whats the yellow stickers all about. Did try looking on the training pages but always get a loading error.

Yellow stickers are for those items that you receive and they don't have an 'R' number on them. When you input the received item details, you have a choice to select 'No 'R' number on item'. It will then allocate you one and you then write that number on the yellow sticker and put it on the front of the envelope that you received (with no R number).

    Ahhhhhh.

That explains it. All the items I have received have had R numbers. Thats probably why I have never come accross anything that involves the yellow stickers.

    Many thanks for that jtb2412
