same here have you emailed them

Just got my pack and did get stamps, check that they haven't got into any of the envelopes, as they are in 6x 1st class & 12x 1st class stamp books.

If not try the phone help line 0800 015 1068 as very helpful.
My pack came too late for the posting schedule date and they were fine. Good luck!

I've emailed to ask what to do, but have not yet received a reply so I was hoping someone here could help.

How do I register any post boxes in my area when the PO have kindly put stickers on all the information plates on the boxes? I've tried peeling them back but have got nowhere. I've tried several boxes and they're all the same.

I think if you've e-mailed them then they will send you a list of the ones in your area. One of my postboxes didn't have a number on the front so searched on the site. E.g the code is the first half of your postcode plus 2 or 3 numbers eg BD14 50, BD14 51 ETC.
Other people on here have just completely pulled the sticker off or emailed them and had it removed.

You're welcome ........ only a few weeks ago I was asking the very same questions ! I think their training guides make things seem much more complicated than they really are.

On another note, don't ever be frightened to email them about something. They reply really quickly and are very nice !

somewhat OT but it's about Postie anyway...cut a long story short, I was moving house - and my local Post Office isn't the most helpful place on earth - so I went straight to the Delivery Office (10 minute walk away) and asked what needed doing for me to have them hold my post there...Postie took my name and addy...suffice to say - move didn't happen and I completely forgot about the mail..had had no post for four days...caught my Postie (who bears an uncanny resemblence to Geoffrey out of Rainbow) and he tells me I've got my own pigeon hole at the delivery office...so off I trogged first light and collected armfuls of freebies etc...and then my other Postie says *you've just saved yourself some cash..* shows me the leaflet and Royal Mail wanted £7.10 to hold my mail for me at the Delivery Office...good to know that the Posties around here are really helpful and friendly..I'm not the first they've helped for free and I won't be the last...

I must agree with Lari everytime I have e-mailed I have had a reply very fast back. .

I have been doing this a while but my circumstances have changed. I now work away so cannot do it any more. I have emailed to explain but have had no word and stuff is piling up on the mat. Does anyone have any idea what I should do?
Am happy to send smarts back etc but there are more everyday! speechless-smiley-040.gif

    Any advice?

Your best bet is to ring them and tell them your circumstances. They're very helpful
