Hi can anyone help I just received my first test item which contained a smart which I have entered onto the website as being received, next week in my posting schedule I have 2 items to post which says add smart the only thing is it does not say which smart to contain and it also does not say on the information sheet provided so do I just add this smart that I received today which is now showing up as awaiting stock check in the manage my smarts section?
Also do I just return any test items at the end of the week in the large plastic envelope even though they haven't asked me too?
When you come to prepare and log your sent items, you have to associate a smart with it,so you have the facility to choose a smart from the drop down menu which shows your smarts in stock and you pick one from that list.
Yes, just return all test items at the end of the week in the large envelope.

Hi I have been doing this for about 3 weeks now. However, after reading a few posts on this thread (it is too big to read it all!), I don't think i really know what i am supposed to do.
couple of questions:
1. When I receive a large pack telling me what i need to post and when, do I have to log that as item received, or is it just letters addressed to me with the two letters before my name that I add as items received. (if you kniow what i mean)
2. What do i send back to kantas, and when and in what envelope.
3. How do i log smarts received when they come in the pack with details of what i need to send out.
Hope you know what I mean - I don't really know what I mean myself haha
Thanks x0 -

1. Recieved items are those that come addressed to you with your initials on.
2. You send back your received items back in the big grey envelope with your sticker on the back.
3. When you recieve an item and log it on the website it will ask you if you received a smart and what the code on the front is. You dont need to log smart if it has come from the company, like your first few do.

I've just been dumped after four weeks - the usual excuse - "we now have too many participants in your Post Code area". Shouldn't the administrators of this survey be keeping a record of how many participants they have in each post code and know before signing new people up whether they have enough or not?0

i have been dumped too! due to too many people in my postcode?!
cant see why though as we live in the middle of no where! maybe its those pesky sheep again!;)
