This looks worrying that they may send other panelists details ...

Your agreement to participate in the survey requires that you undertake to maintain full confidentiality of any personal details you are sent regarding other panellists and mailers on the survey.

Has anybody had any problems with this?

Some postings are sent to other panelists and visa versa. ;)

I had this on Saturday... I even queried it with the assistant, how small does it have to be to be a large letter, coz I knew it was well small enough:rolleyes:
she got out the template and said smaller than this... which it was... and has to fit thru this gap she says and didnt try, it will fit thru if you push it I said.... she wouldnt even try, hence 80p extra charged.. whats in it for her I wonder???:confused: I have been to other PO's that have squashed air out of stuff and said it will fit and charged large letter rate... its a right rip off!!!!!!!!!!!

Some Post Offices just look at item and think thats a packet when the item is actually a large letter, difference can be nearly 1.00 a time, nice bit of revenue for Royal Mail.

BTW everybody Postage Prices are going up tomorrow. :( well above rate of inflation...old 98p large letter going up to 1.08.

1st class going up 2p, Second class going up 3p. :(

Can anyone help. I have received a brown officially printed envelope stamped first class, with insert which states after checking and recording the information below please put this insert back inside the test item envelope before returning it to Research International. The posting schedule says 'posting type' Response Services - 1st class postage, add Smart.

As the test item has an officially printed envelope and printed 1st class stamp. Do I still send it back to Kantar?

Or to the address on the envelope?

just a little help with the whole process.
.Each week u will receive a large brown envelope containing envelopes with stamps on,stickers with the r number on, test items, and a kantar lrg white envelope and small brown envelopes for smarts.
.all envelopes have to hand written or have a sticker to stick on them.
.most test items are in the envelopes that have to be sent.
.R numbers are on the sheet tht has stickers on
.stick the r number which is next to the correct address onto the test letter.
.if no r number the site gives a number to put on a yellow sticker.
.add smart- go onto the site and they should locate a specific smart to each letter.
    .send item
. note down time, date, and what the day says on the post box tablet
Also if you are using a new post box note down the post box number.
.Record all this information on your account.
If you cant send the item out that day just save it for the next week on the time specified but a week later.
Whatever you do, do not tell them that u havent sent a item try not to contact them as when some people have problems ,they cant be bothered and they get rid of testers.
Hope this helps some of u guys
If any1 wants to add anything please do so.
    Thanks

I am still in the survey & due to post my first SMART letter today, they sent the pack last week with printed instructions & my 2nd lot of stamps :) I haven't received any SMARTs addressed to me yet though but I guess they'll start arriving soon!

I know that we have to attach a sticker when we return items.

Do we stick it on the back of the grey plastic envelope or 1 on each of the test items?

Just put it in your large white bag and post it back to Kantar at the end of the week along with the rest of your received mail.
The item on your posting schedule must be referring to another response services envelope which should have been included in your weekly pack.?

The sticker has a barcode on it and says:

Please attach this sticker to the envelopes that you return your items to us inside
