I've just been round there to take a look and theres no day on it apart for the days and the last collection times, at the top. There is a sticker stuck over part of it to say that they won't collect on sundays anymore but i can't see what was origionally under it. I've tried ot go on Royal Mails website but its down so i'm not sure what to do?? Should i just pick a random day for the 'what day is displayed on the post box tablet?' question??0 -

The date is usually on a silver tablet just under the slot to put your post in... If you aren't sure or there wasn't one put "none of these" in the dropdown list.Student Moneysaver going to Paris next year! Trying to save!

Yes it's a little squarish metal thing in the middle of the box at the top - mine don't usually have anything on, so I just click no day box.
I could never see the post box numbers either, so I just emailed them with the name of the street where the box was and they sent me my box number. Since I've reported this the stickers have come off, and now I see my box number0 -

Quick question,
Is it the white letters with the R number sticker that we send back???
And i have 2 letters to post next week, but only have 1 smart, so do i just send the 1 smart and send the other envelope without the smart?0 -

Yes, put the white letter back in the envelope that it came in, and then put that in the large plastic bag and return it to them at the end of the week.
Go to your smart status and it will tell you which smart is associated with which letter, it may be the fact that one letter doesnt need a smart or there is one on the way in a "received" letter.
