Think when they said about saturdays, they meant returning the big plasticky envelope with all your received items in it.
I think you can send it any day you want, but just easier for some at the weekend I suppose, also means you can send the past week's worth. I'm not sure what happens if you build it up for a couple of weeks before sending it back though, or just do it randomly on any old day - probably nothing... i don't think they'll slap your wrists or anythin... as long as it goes back at some point.0 -
Nothing will happen to you if you don't send your mail back - take it from one who knows
Took me months to realize that I had to do this

Not sure if this has been posted, just logged in to enter received item details and was offered an additional 6.00 in "vouchers" to take part in an additional 2 week survey. :j0

Hi, I've recently started receiving smarts, and I'm not sure what to do when you are supposed to add a smart to one of your items to send, but you don't have the smart with the number specified. Can you just put another one in, or is it better to leave it without a smart?
I'm finding this increasingly confusing!!

Got more stamps yesterday, and my first two smarts one of which is required to have a large brown 42p second class envelope which was not in the pack so ave emailed them about that! - also theres a large plastic envelope enclosed in the pack but I have no instructions on its use or anything - do they just send these out so its here for when instructions arrive??0

Snap it up as its really easy (though it looks daunting) and well worth it for the £6 vouchers.
You just write in how many letters you get in a day and how many are incorrectly delivered to your home. The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter0 -

They seem to send things in a funny order but you should receive the envelope shortly.
The large plastic envelope is for you to return anything you've received in the post with your test initials on it so they can check the postmarks etc on it.Student Moneysaver going to Paris next year! Trying to save!
