I got a packet today that was bulked up with lots of blank A4 paper.. can I keep this or do I need to return that with the insert too?? (or am I being REALLY stingy :p )

I had one of those which arrived unsealed. I emailed them and told them that we had a thief in the camp - I didn't know it was meant to arrive like that :o

    just a couple of things

a)what are the yellow stickers for?

b)what are the barcode stickers for-do you put them on the outside of the envelopes that you send your test items back in/

c)do you just send the inserts or do you send the envelopes that they came in?

sorry for so many questions but cant get on to training

I had this on Saturday... I even queried it with the assistant, how small does it have to be to be a large letter, coz I knew it was well small enough:rolleyes:
she got out the template and said smaller than this... which it was... and has to fit thru this gap she says and didnt try, it will fit thru if you push it I said.... she wouldnt even try, hence 80p extra charged.. whats in it for her I wonder???:confused: I have been to other PO's that have squashed air out of stuff and said it will fit and charged large letter rate... its a right rip off!!!!!!!!!!!

If the letter goes through the gap with ease then shouldn't be a problem but if it doesn't it will cost the person receiving it the extra money plus a £1 hope this helps

    Hope this helps a bit:

    a) yellow stickers are for items you receive that dont have an R number on them.

    b) You just put one of these stickers on the back of the large plastic envelope that you post back to them at the end of the week with your received mail in.

    c) You put the insert inside their original envelopes and then put them into the large plastic bag as per b).

I was just going to ask about the yellow stickers. Saves me asking that.

I have been throwing the original envelopes away. Ooops :o Oh well I know for the next lot.

It looks like they may have forgot to put the test envelope in your pack, I would suggest you ring them and ask them about it, least you have covered yourself then.
  • This looks worrying that they may send other panelists details ...

Your agreement to participate in the survey requires that you undertake to maintain full confidentiality of any personal details you are sent regarding other panellists and mailers on the survey.

Has anybody had any problems with this?
