The sticker has a barcode on it and says:

Please attach this sticker to the envelopes that you return your items to us inside

That sticker goes on the back of the outside of the large plastic bag that you post back to them at the end of the week.

  • My schedule for last week shows one letter to post this week, yet when I look on the website there are two allegedly to go to Mr Hu***y which were not in my brown envelope. Does anyone know how to handle this issue?
    Many thanks

The brown envelopes are for returning Smarts. You keep smarts in your stock until:
    a. they are assigned to an item to post
    b. a return is requested

Click on "Manage My Smarts" - if it says 'awaiting stock check/ready' that means you must keep the smart. Only if it states 'Return smart to ...' must you place the smart in the brown envelope and return it.

I've been doing this for 2 months now and have not yet had to return a smart - they are usually all assigned to items I have to post within 2 weeks. Until then I keep them in the 'smart holder.'

    Hope this helps!

Can anyone help. I have received a brown officially printed envelope stamped first class, with insert which states after checking and recording the information below please put this insert back inside the test item envelope before returning it to Research International. The posting schedule says 'posting type' Response Services - 1st class postage, add Smart.

As the test item has an officially printed envelope and printed 1st class stamp. Do I still send it back to Kantar?

Or to the address on the envelope?

Did you get enveloped delivered in the post, or sent by Kantar? It sounds like you need to put the sticker on it (that you get in your weekly pack) and then post it as one of your weekly items (whenever it says on your postal plan)

"Response services" means the business addressed envelopes you get to put SMARTs in and send according to your weekly schedule

Anything u receive that is addressed to you (test letters) go in the big white envelope addressed:
    kantar operations (CPD)
    Units 6&7
    Swan lane Industrial estate
    Swan Lane
    WEST BROMWICH
    B70 ONU

Not anything that comes in the brown envelope weekly which are the test items u have to send out.
    Does this answer your question??

Are you sure your looking at right week?
If so either email them and say u only reeived one letter to post but it says different on your accound or at the end of the week when you send your items back just put a little note down beside it and say you did not receive this item to post.

I think personally that they have over staffed themselves so people who havent been there long are getting booted, i dont think this is right but i cant imagine how many people are now signed up to do this.
