  • Hi I have a question - any advice greatly appreciated.

I understand about Smarts that is okay. I have a Freepost Small envelope to post next week handwritten by someone else - sticker has gone on insert and that is all fine - I am just confused with the posting type Reponse services. Now do I post this like anyother test mail or does it go back into the Big grey envelope?

    Many thanks

this smart will now be in your stock view your posting maybe you need to send a smart with a letter if not put it in smart envelope with your panelist sticker on the in side and send it back to them

You have a response service to post? If so then you just post it like you would any other piece of mail (check to see if you need to insert a smart, put the R Number on it etc etc).

If you've received it then just pop it in the big grey envelope and send back at the end of the week.

  • Hi Tots

No the smart is for another letter I have and that is all prepared ready to go next week.

It is the handwritten letter with Freepost ******** - does this just go in a post box or inthe grey sack back to Kantar. It is the response services I am confused about for the posting type?

Yes I received in the brown envelope to prepare - yes I have inserted the sticker so that is all prepared. Thanks for your quick reply.

I understand the smarts - it was just this stupid freepost item that confused me :rotfl:

I just go by the general rule that if it comes to me in the brown envelope with the posting schedule then in the post box it goes.

If it comes to me with my test initials then it goes back to them in the grey envelope with all the other stuff I receive (weekly).

Any questions, just shout. Someone on here will usually answer fairly quickly :D
