Hi All

I am back on the weight loss wagon!

Got offered a new job last week and its given me the push to get back on my diet before going back to work! Have to wait for a start date, so focusing on the diet to keep me out of trouble!

I've given up my sneaky midweek wine drinking too for lent, so thats got to be good for my diet!

I'm off booze and cheese for lent, I think this will help a fair bit with my weight loss. I just need to curb my overeating now

Yeah back on track this week Lost 3.5lbs at WW total now 22lbs.
DW lost another 2 making her total 21.5lbs:beer:

I would have loved to have done the 'Between the Bridges' run - i am seriously unfit at the minute though

I could barely manage a between the lamposts run so count me out. But good luck if you're doing it tara.
