Desperatley NEED to lose a stone!!

I replaced my lunch time meal with 10 Calorie cupasoup (with a slice of bread). I burned approximately 600 extra a day on my exercise bike.
I eat a normal breakfast and whatever I want for evening meal. I drink light soya milk/fruit if I get hungry inbetween meals.
I lost a stone in 6 weeks. I have a further 1/2 a stone to shift and I will have reached my goal.0
