Called in to collect mine today - and would not sell them to me at £8.73 only £24.99. I said that it was showing that price on the internet, but manager came out and said no.
Was too embarrassed to argue!!!
So left the store empty handed! Only 5% of those who can give blood, actually do!

Well they might say that but the fact is the r & r price today is £8.73. Tell them to ring it themselves or phone head office to confirm. As has already been said this is a clearence item and thats the price.0

Embarrassed? I was absolutely livid! But the second time I went, I told them calmly but firmly exactly what I wanted them to do. Seemed to work.0

Been into Argos today with my 2 reservation numbers (a set for me and a set for my mum) and got charged £8.73 each set, no questions asked or problems. Dont know if its been mentioned before but you can also pay just £1.49 for 3 years breakdown cover which includes accidental damage. Well worth the money i thought.0

does anyone know what the catalogue number is ? The website is down at the moment and I was going to try their text reservation service.0

I picked mine up from Argos as well...no questions asked and at £8.73. I went armed with advice supplied earlier but as it happened this was not necessary. Still thanks to y'all.Do you make things happen, watch things happen, or just wonder, what happened?0
