spoke to them today...they claim they sent vouchers at the end of august.

Well i never got them...I'm sure they are making it up or someone is pocketing them in the hope the customer just let it drop.

About to start the small claims process. anyone started this yet - any idea's how to proceed? anyone in particular claiming for the TT table? Found a suitable alternative & Price?

Received vouchers yesterday (£20) by recorded delivery. Have I got the fight in me to chase this any further?

I finally got my refund for the Tyre & Swing accessory.

Only they've refunded £5 short.

I'm back on to them in the morning - Why should I stand delivery costs for an item they supplied when through no fault of my own was unusable without the playcentre they couldn't supply.

Grrrrr.....

Their time is up and this weekend I am preparing my claim. I got two lots of £20 vouchers, one of which was sent without conditions attached. I have kept them so even if I lose the small claims court fees I won't be out of pocket by much and I will have enjoyed and learnt from the experience!

Arrived in the post yesterday - £20 worth of vouchers.

I am actually not that upset with this outcome. I realised early on in the fiasco that there was only a slim chance of them delivering (I was a later orderer) and they never actually took money off me. They still cancelled my order without telling me, and it took a good few calls of frustration on my part to establish what was going on. I did complain, in order add grist to the general mill, but via email rather than a letter (letter wrote but got lost in our household mire) also never had the fire in me to do any further complaining or claiming.

I will not be refusing to spend my voucher in principle, but having been at the poor end of customer service with them before (fitted kitchen that time) my view of them remains as dim as it ever was.

Just got another £20 of vouchers! How incompetant are they?

They are worse than useless.

They claim that they sent me vouchers at the end of August. I have never rec'd anything. I sent them a letter stateing that i would start legal proceedings, which they claim they have not rec'd, even though sent recorded. I then spoke to them amd was told doncaster office was handling the affair. Spoke to Doncaster office and faxed them a copy of the letter.

They then said that as they had sent vouchers, that they had completed their obligations. I asked for acknowledgement of receipt of my intention to start legal proceedings, and was told that they would send a letter. Well a week as passed and nothing rec'd.

They are a joke...couldn't organise diddly. I am now filling out the legal forms for the small claims. I have given them evry opportunity to resolve the issue.

For £30 cost of going legal its worth it as they can't even respond to a letter, or a phone call, or a fax. Lets see if they can respond to small court claim.

Are the vouchers sent recorded ? if not just say you havent received them same as they are telling you about your letters !

Mine were sent recorded but the postman didn't bother to get the card signed and just put it through the letter box!
