First post here, I ordered a Ben Nevis and a Smoby Playset on the 15th. Got the Ben Nevis, after being told I wasnt, twice, and today recieved the vouchers that I didnt ask for...they must just be sending them out hoping to shut everyone up.
Keep moaning at them. It should have been first come first served but it wasnt.
Someone I know got a full Ban Nevis delivered on the 24th of August they ordered theirs on the 19th July at 7:50 am.

I have decided to give up it is taking up too much valuable time and I am sick of speaking to these people on the phone.

I have received my refund including an extra £10 which was the P&P for a garden play house that I brought at the same time and this morning I received my £20 vouchers. The item I ordered was only £25 and I have been compensated £30 in total, so for me I think it is time to call it a day. Good luck to all those that are going to take it further.

I have had didly squat of them yet. Not even had a refund.

Anyway another letter with 14 days notice gone today.

I had another letter today apologising and £20 in vouchers, I had the same letter and vouchers a couple of weeks ago so have now got £40 in vouchers as I only ordered the multigym at £36.75 (which of course didn't arrive) I think I might call it a day and accept them.

I too got another £20 in vouchers today. These vouchers were given as a goodwill gesture for non-delivery and were sent by B&Q delivery. I will keep these. the other £20 vouchers which requried me to accept them as full and final settlement have already been returned to B&Q. I will be taking them to court.

Is anyone still getting phone calls? Someone from another site who got a Matterhorn as a replacement AND vouchers got a phone call yesterday offering a matterhorn...but she has hers, the bloke on the phone said she was was on a long list of people who were being offered them.

I'm afraid we're sending one last letter and then calling it a day.

And if any of you want anymore advice from Rob, don't be afraid to ask. He's more than happy to keep going on the work front and advise in that way, but homelife speaking we're giving up.
