All of the Jungle Gym/playcentres are now being showns as 'Temporarily out of stock'. I have called them to see if I could order over the phone to be told that they are "not expecting new deliveries until 2006".

I ordered the outdoor table tennis and got my delivery date for next wednesday.

Am really annoyed I ordered a ben nevis yest and have just had a phone call from b&q telling me that they haven't got any and are not getting anymore they also don't have any alternatives to offer. I explained that I was extremely unhappy and have been told if I want to complain I have to write to customer service. I can't believe what poor service this is. I have rung trading standards to find out where I stand and am waiting for them to call back. I asked if they had any in store if they would honour the price and was told the are completly seperate and was very unlikely.

My friend ordered the Ben Nevis yesterday *I think* - B&Q rung her to say there was a problem with the order - they had none left, but she was offered the matterhorn instead for no extra charge!

Also been offered the Matterhorn as a replacement for the Ben Nevis (for the same price as the Ben Nevis).

I`ll believe it when it arrives, have a feeling it won`t be that simple.

Not having that :mad: Did you kick up a fuss or did they just offer you the same price ?

Edit; Just spoke to B&Q'd customer service (pah!) and told them that I have noted that others have been offered the same price, the somewhat stern and surly response was "well that's just hearsay" :rotfl: So, a complaint has been logged.
