I would phone up and check for yourself! I ordered the mont blanc on the 16/07 heard nothing and started to worry. So i rang today and chose a delivery date for next friday. I wouldnt hold my breath waiting for them to call you.

Just phoned the 0870 no. again & they reckon they've had a delivery of about 200 Ben Nevis this weekend, but have about 300 orders outstanding. So if you get a phone call on Monday you're one of the lucky ones otherwise you just get a refund.

I placed my order (& they took my money) on Monday morning (18th) but it didn't go through on to their system so it was re-input on Thursday. So I was trying to explain that if they allocate them by the date the order was made, I want their system to show I ordered on Monday & not Thursday. She couldn't really answer that & just said ring back on Monday & they will know more! :mad:

I'm sure I'm not getting one but I wont give up completely until they finally tell me that!

Still dont understand how so many people have been told so many different things.

we've been told they will ring us on monday to take DH's card details in order to receive the matterhorn which has been reserved for him after the ben nevis order problem.
Anyone else in this situation? I dread finding out that now there are no matterhorns, but it was the main lady dealing with the problem that he spoke to, so fingers crossed it'll be fine!

Yeah, I've been told the same. After originally ordering the Ben Nevis on Wednesday then being told no order exists, and several calls later to B&Q Customer Services (yawn, yawn, yawn!!) were told we would be allocated a Matterhorn tomorrow as would not be getting the Ben Nevis in again.
Holding my breath for tomorrow!!
