has anyone one got their stuff yet? I was told last week it was coming Thursday 28th and to wait for a postcard no-one else has mentioned a postcard!!!

Does anyone work for B&Q and can shed any light on the situation -

Newbie here......I ordered a Ben Nevis on 19th July. Had call from them on 21st July with the out of stock story. Took my c/c details again over the phone and told that the order would be reentered and I would be allocated stock when available. Heard nothing from them. Called today and original order number is blank. Told someone would call me back today or tomorrow. Sounds like I'm going to be unlucky.

I'm abit miffed and I have two disappointed sons (aged 3 and 20 months).

had a call to day to say that my double wavy slide (50 quid down to a 10er) and the swing and slide set (259 down to 63) will be delivered friday only trouble our house is on the market so got to try to bribe the kids that we cant put it up till we move..............

Same here - Although when I called today they said that it would have been booked under a different order number and only the team dealing with this would be able to say where/what my order was. Said to expect a call sometime today.

Our table tennis table, and footie table for the boys is arriving on Wednesday. allegedly... I'll let you know...

Does anyone know if I will 'have' to pay for the delivery twice as it will be coming on the same van with any luck, if it does, shall I ring them because we did pay £5 for each item as we ordered on different days?

Our delivery is meant to be coming tomorrow - fingers crossed. We were the same with delivery ordered 3 items at the same time and charged 3 lots of delivery because all apparently being dispatched at seperate times but when we phoned on Saturday all are arriving together - yet another B&Q mess - I know its only a tenner but thats not the point
