I have ordered the Ben Nevis again today. My credit card company confirmed nothing debited.
After spending nearly an hour on calls to B&Q yesterday with them telling me they really dont know when will be back in stock and what is more irratating he told me he can see what will be in stock tomorrow before we can. But the BEN NEVIS is there again today why couldnt he see that then!!!!

This is now turning into a FARCE!

Just phoned B&Q helpline to get them to confirm that my order yesterday has been processed and I've been allocated stock. Only to be told that the order number I've given doesn't exist. He claims that the only reason he could think of why my order isn't there is that it may have been cancelled (due to not being in stock). To which I replied, 'But it's just appeared back in stock again this morning, I'm looking at the screen that tells me this,so how can this be?'
He advised I placed the order again, online, as he can't take an order for this item over the phone - Which I now have a new order number. Unfortunatly he's unable to confirm that this order has been placed and is valid as it takes approx 1 hr to filter through into their system.
I've asked to speak to his supervisor but he doesn't start till 9am so he's going to get him to phone me.

Next.......?

when I tried to add on the tyre accessory yesterday over the phone she wanted to charge full price so i have had to do a separate order myself and pay extra delivery!

Still showing the Ben Nevis available, I`ve ordered but won`t be suprised to get a phone call saying they are out of stock!!

What is really frustrating is that the operators cannot tell you anything. They say cannot confirm stock levels,your order, all I have managed to do is get myself in a tizz their customer service is really bad.
Oh and the girl this morning said the 0800 number is the home delivery number and the 0870 number is B&Q online help. But no help at all

jsut spoke to a lady on the 0800 number as the money has come out of my account. only to be told that the pool i ordered is out of stock and is therefore holding the rest of the order up the other two items i ordered are in stock but can not deliver them until the pool is back in stock. the possibility is that once the pool is back instock the other two item will not be and then will have to wait for them to come back into stock be fore delivery, which than the pool come become out of stock. she said the only way to get part of the order is to cancel the pool and reorder when back in stock. she tried to emphisize that they are not discontinuied.
