If they do I shall try and insist one is shipped from there to me.

Had the same phone call, (left on answer machine).Ordered yesterday morning and received the confirmation email.
Have tried calling only to be hung up on 1st time. Tried the freephone number next and spoke to a very helpfull lady who said she would get back to me!!!

In the T & C`s the last sentence states that they "reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion". Does this give them a way out?

As for me, checked my CC bill, "unposted transactions" £51. Therefore payment is taken. Contract is binding.

AHHHHHHHH. Just come off the phone to B&Q. There system seems to allow you to place the order then at night it send all the info. If the goods are not there it cancels your order and a lady will call you the next day....
If you have placed an order today for a Ben Nevis you will not be getting it according to Andy at B&Q.
He says may come back into stock read to him T&C's but says they cancelled the order so nothing I can do but watch to see if comes back into stock.

I ordered yesterday and have not had a phone call (or not been in at the time).... reckon I should be optimistic then?

weird this i ordered wave slide late Sunday night and Ben Nevis early Monday morning - got confirmation e-mails for both - rang B&Q told to ring delivery service they have no record as yet told not to worry ring back thurs/friday - read last few posts and started worrying - checked credit card has been debited for both today - rang B&Q told my order was definately in stock and should hear from home delivery in the next day or so !!!

So whats going on ?
Also thought it ironic that all those i spoke to at customer service are irish when the poor guys in ireland cant get stuff delivered there...

ORDERED MY CLIBING FRAME and a water slide and pool yesterday morning about 8am had my confermation e-mail but the have not taken the money as of yet out the bank and i have had no phone call. should i call or wait it out??

not taken any money out of mine either...ordered just after 8 am yesterday. I did call today about adding the tyre on (which I couldnt do) and the girl did know about my order

Sitting tight but there has been so much build up I will be soooo disappointed if this falls thro....
