If anyone wants a freephone number to confirm when delivery will be, instead of the 0870 number, it's 0800 3895516. Just phoned head office for an alternitive. we ordered on Saturday and I was told it was on way to carrier and I will be contacted within 72 hours.

I just called my local B&Q who says they do have stock (ordered from manufacturer) but can only sell them at full price.

Guess it looks like sticking to the B&Q web site for next 12-24hrs.

W1zz........if you are up i would say the best time to try is around 6-7am in the morning.........thats when i got mine this morning,checked on the off chance when the baby woke up and to my suprise and delight they were in stock(having been out of stock at 11.30pm last night).they were also all out of stock again by about 10am.

I got the family 13ft pool set. It was £85 online, went to a store and they price matched themselves to get it down to £85.

Another surprised Northern Ireland potential customer. I have had the B&Q site bookmarked for months and been considering some purchases but hadn't noticed that they do not deliver here. Guess they should re-word their delivery info page to read 'all Great Britain mainland addresses' or better still, amend their policy and actually deliver here (as many well known high street/online companies do). Have sent an email as others before me have done.

Still a brilliant post though for those who can get the items delivered - well done OP.

Think they may be running low on stock, they might not get the others back in ......... one multi gym on order with double wavy slide though.
