Maybe I'm being unnecessarily cynical here, for which I apologise in advance, but would people really pay four hundred quid for that?
Thanks to all who post constructively.

  • I agree, under £100 looks a more realistic price.

I wouldn't be too happy if I had bought one at £400 !!

That' an excellent price!! I know someone who bought a similar one and paid £300.

Argos have what looks like the same table for £399 Here

This is indeed a bargain. The key point here is that it is an *outdoors* table so rather than being a bit of plyboard stuck on some legs, if it is like others it is made mostly from aluminium which doesn't come cheap!

I bought a Kettler table a few years ago which I thought was a bargain at under £250 delivered. That's been in the garden rain and shine for over 3 years now and is still used regularly without problem - only snag is it gets blown about a bit in the wind when folded up for storage!

Obviously if you aren't in to table-tennis, or don't need something that can cope with being abused by a youth-club then it isn't a bargain to you!

    HTH - Rufus.

They also have a McKinley outdoor wooden play centre reduced from £799 to £195.76 which looks a fantastic bargain. If my kids were 2 or 3 years younger I would definitely buy it.
