do these come with the COA certificate of authenticity
The COA is attached to the outside of your PC case. So I wouldn't expect a second one - Dell aren't that generous!

I don't seem to be having much luck with Dell. I emailed Customer Services about a week ago to try and get an XP cd but I haven't heard a thing (maybe it was too polite!). Slightly more worrying is that I put through a warranty transfer using the link mentioned previously but haven't had confirmation yet.

This one comes with a free Dell Laser Printer and 15" TFT Screen and is £377.18inc, with the 5% off and opting for the Dell wireless keyboard and mouse.
Can anyone say if the Dell Laser printers are ok and is it worth upgrading to the better 15" TFT screen. The p.c is only for office apps.

Finally I have found something useful to contibute :)

I have just bought a laptop from dell and upon receipt decided I didn't like it. I rang to ask where to return it too and they offered me a free 3 yr warranty and a free printer to go with it. No good for me as I don't want the laptop but if you're happy with your puchase it's got to be worth a try :)

Hmmm, i'll have to find out about that, my friend said their customer service wasn't that good when he had a problem with his laptop a while ago...heh btw was it a call centre in India that you called?

You do have to push them to speak to a supervisor really and yes it was an Indian centre.

Ooo, maybe you could get the additional bonuses then I can purchase it from you ? Feel free to ask your price !

If you are serious then pm me and we may be able to work something out :)

Call center executives (bangalore, india - >1500 employees) will try their best to do for the customers. Dell randomly send out customer satisfaction surveys which tagged to specific agent you delt with. Based on your satisfaction level they will get incentives etc.

Push as much your requirements, including warranty extension etc etc. Recently my new 922 (brand new) printer had power problems and and i got a replacement 942 as replacement
