No, I don't think it will be terribly nice if you freeze it. It will be edible if you were starving, but I think the combined activity of freezing, thawing and reheating will make both the veg and the noodles go mushy. Certainly the veggies won't have that nice crunchy texture any more.

Jacket potatoes - yes, you can freeze them. The best way I've found is to wrap them individually in foil and freeze. Defrost them in the foil, heat them through, but give them a few minutes in the oven without the foil at the end.

Yes to the chicken legs too - you can defrost and re-freeze poultry as long as you cook in between.

It's probably already been frozen - obviously it's inadvisable to re-freeze stuff :)

Or else it's because it'll tend to go runny when defrosted.

You'll just have to make the supreme sacrifice and eat it all up :)

lemon tart is delicious straight from the freezer as it doesn't tend to freeze solid ;)

I am off on a trip next weekend but was looking to do some baking through the week to save doing it all at once on Friday.

    I am going to make:

    Twinks hobnobs
    Millionaire shortbread
    Muffins
Maybe a tea loaf/fruit loaf or similar

Now the ones I can freeze, is it before cooking or after?

    Thanks in anticipation xx

Frezing those after will be just fine.

To make life easier you might like to slice the fruit loaf before freezing though. That way you can just grab the odd slice whenever you get the munchies :)
