Hi pinkhayley,
Yes you can freeze mushrooms. I tend to cook before freezing but others say they're fine to freeze uncooked.
There's more information on this thread:

Can I just ask how long things can keep in a freezer for. I know this may seem silly.
For instance I have some bread, paninis and potato scones in the freeezer for about 4 months- is this too long ? Im unsure how long you can keep things for ,as sometimes packets only say freeze for 3 months.
Many thanks to anyone who can help x0 -
Hi Cat72,
Food will keep in the freezer for as long as you want it to. It will never go bad so long as it remains frozen. However, it can deteriorate and get freezer burn which will mean it's still edible but won't taste as good as it would have done originally.
I generally try to use stuff up within four months....but I do admit to keeping things at the bottom of the freezer for up to a year.In that case I tend to use it in stews and casseroles, anything that requires long slow cooking to hide the fact that it's not quite as good quality as it might have been.

Please cam someone give me some advise i made a chicken curry yesterday.
i defrosted the chicken legs then cooked and striped to make a curry i find this much cheaper. can i now freeze the curry as chicken cooked i get confused
thanks0 -
Yes - once chicken is fully cooked the fact that it has been frozen dos not matter cos you will have zapped any of the bugs that may have been in it.0

If you made it yesterday- Monday- it will be fine kept until tomorrow as long as you keep it in the fridge. Then ensure you re-heat until piping hot before you eat it, yumm:D0
