  • I don't know if there is already a post about this but i just wanted a quick answer :)

I'm doing the Saag Aloo recipe from Weezls challenge recipe list, but will it really be ok for freezing? Cause I have frozen somethings with cooked pots in before and the potatoes went horrible and the whole thing became inedible.

Is there a trick to freezing dishes that have cooked pots in?? Ive frozen mashed pots before and that went ok but this is cubes of pots...

sorry for the garbled post i should have finished lunch about 10mins ago..

This is probably a bit late LB, but I haven't noticed the potatoes going mushy on reheating.:D

    Hope that helps?!

Does anyone know if I can freeze Munch Bunch yoghurt drinks? They are always on special offer at the supermarket but I end up throwing the last few away as they go over their sell by date

    Thanks

Hi there ;) I've frozen potatoes before, and they defrosted fine.

I'll add this to the freezing quick question thread.

  • I don't see why not. You could probably eat them from frozen, like an ice lolly. You could always try one and see how it goes.

You certainly can with the Petits Filous Frubes - they're great for freezing and putting into lunch boxes - by lunchtime they have defrosted but are still cold

Hi there  You can freeze yogurt, so you should be able to freeze yogurt drinks. I'll add this to the Freezing Quick Questions thread.

When I make macaroni and cheese I make it for myself and my 3 little boys because my DH can't eat cheese. Anyway, I always make too much so have tried freezing it before. However, it always comes out quite dried and the cheese sauce seems to go really thick and dissapears (probably not describing it too well). Any ideas on how to keep the sauce runny and make the dish more tasty after freezing? Thanks Kalojac x
