I want to make some pizza type things but instead of using dough I'm using puff pastry. I have made them before but this time want to make a batch of them to freeze. My dilema is whether to freeze them after I've cooked them or freeze them raw. I will be using salami, onion, mushrooms, peppers and cheese. Does anyone know the best way to go about this?

The ones you buy from the shop have cooked bases and raw toppings.
The only thing I'd be unsure of is the mushrooms.. they don't take too kindly to being frozen before cooking.. I'd add cooked mushrooms to the toppings rather than raw.

Hi
I've got a jar of curry paste, I only need couple of spoonfuls as its only me that eats anything curried. Would it be ok to freeze the leftover in an icecube tray, was thinking in that way I could just take what I need next time.

Hi
I am making a potato and leek bake for dinner. It has cream and cheese in it. I have enough ingredients for 2, will it be OK to freeze 1 ? Do I cook it first and then freeze it ?
I am really trying to save money and cut down on waste. My budget is £80 this week and I still have £50 left.:j
Thanks . Paige X0 -
People say potatoes dont freeze well, but I freeze leftovers like this all the time-as long as you dont expect it to look REALLY pretty after defrosting should be fine. I would definately cook it first though-freezing raw potato really doesnt work0

I posted about being able to freeze vegetables. Well this time I was wondering whether I could freeze salami and philadelphia. I'm a bit low on mozarella cheese and thought I could maybe substitute this with philly. Has any ever tried it or know if you can?
