Why do you want to freeze honey?

As others have pointed out, it doesn't go off.

Someone's just given me some ready to roll coloured (red & blue) icing & I was wondering if I could freeze some of it. I'll be making cakes for our street party & was going to ice with buttercream & rice paper queens & corgis, will also make some union flag ones with the given icing but there's loads, hence my question about freezing it?

I have friends invited over for dinner on Tuesday. About 2 weeks ago I bought some fresh mince, and froze it. On Monday, I took it out, planning to have a bbq and use it for home made burgers. That got cancelled due to other commitments, and today is probably its last chance to be used.

If I make my bolognese today, will it be safe to freeze it until Monday night?

Cooking it kind of "resets" meat and you'll be fine to freeze it again (for as long as you like, really). I often do this, I buy fresh mince on multibuy offers, freeze until I have a day to bulk cook it then refreeze in individual portions.

Yes it will be fine, let it cool right down then freeze.
