I have some new potatoes that need using up but we won't be able to use them in time.
I am going to cook (boil) them today and keep some in the fridge to fry up over the next couple of days (yummy!) but can I freeze some or will they go nasty?
Many thanks0 -

Hi
I know you are not supposed to freeze foods which have already been frozen, but does this apply to herbs?
Trying to be very money saving i bought some carrots that were reduced in tesco's and intended to make carrot & corriader soup - the plan being to split it into portions and freeze for lunch at work. I already had some chopped corriader in the freezer. I made the soup - adding the corriader - and made enough for lunches for the next week. Someone said that as the corriander was already frozen i should not have added it to the soup and froze again.
any thoughts, i am in for a dose of samomella!0 -
it will be fine honey.0
