I'm sure they will do, but you'll probably find few people on here who've made them and had any which lasted long enough to go in the freezer :rotfl:

Am going to make up a double (or maybe triple :o ) batch and put some back for Christmas :) Thanks!

I'm making OH's parents truffles for Christmas, I'd like to get ahead and make them sooner but how long do they keep for? and can I freeze them and defrost them on say, Christmas eve?

Chocolate truffles? Yes you can, but make sure they're sealed otherwise when they defrost they can become covered in condensation, which isn;t a great look :)

Need some advise, got a box of cheery tomatos that i wont use anytime soon don't want to waste them,is there anyway i can freeze them?

    Thanks
  • You could make a sauce or a pizza with them and then freeze that. I don't think you can freeze tomatoes by themselves as they will split and go all mushy.
  • I have a bag of whole cherry tomatoes in the freezer (had a bit of a glut this year!) and just use them like that, from frozen for roasted tomato dishes (eg stuffed peppers, roasted veg etc) and they are working really well like that.

They wouldn't be nice defrosted in a salad though :D
