You can email at sy.morris@dailymail.co.uk. giving the following details: your account number, who you are transfering to and from, your full postal address and daytime telephone number. If you leave out any of the previous details they will not forward your complain.0

How many times have we been told "Dont give personal banking details over the internet" ?0

I asume you never order goods over the Internet in which you give your full credit card or debit card details, home address, etc. Anyway, another way is to write to the Daily Mail at: Isa Limbo, Money Mail, Northcliffe House, 2 Derry Street, London W8 5TT. I had no problems with my ISA transfer but some people who have been messed about might just find group action works better then individual approaches.0 -

In the Money Mail this week there was an article called "ISA savers left in limbo over delays in transfer". The Daily mail are offering to forward complaints to the the chief executives of the banks and building societies concerned. You can email at sy.morris@dailymail.co.uk. giving the following details: your account number, who you are transfering to and from, your full postal address and daytime telephone number. If you leave out any of the previous details they will not forward your complain. The ombudsman who is on 0845 080 1800 also points out that banks do not need to make cheque transfers as HMRC have no objections with electronic transfers.

I completely agree with Tiptoe-Mouse and Baldur. Usually online payments are more secure ( padlock symbol) than email. I would never put all my account details and personal details in an email.
Writing to theCEO usually works in my experience ( if I have to go that far). I much prefer the direct approach.0 -
99.9% of theft is because of a dis honest or careless person who works for an organisation like a bank, garage or shop passes on or uses sensitive information like card or bank details. Emails spend milliseconds with an ISP and yes hackers can access this information but are more likely to try get into servers at large oganisation. I would never suggest anybody puts their username , passwords or other personal information like school or maiden names on an email which might give access to an account. It is right to be careful these days but I think we are getting paraniod about many things...taking photos at a school play...helping/talkin to a small child who is lost....holding sports days when nobody is allowed to win a race. I know you will dis agree with my coments but I asume most people will use their common sense when writing or replying to emails.0

Each to their own, boobby.I'm sorry if I've upset you.
To me common sense is not to give details in an email to someone I don't know.
I also prefer to do my own complaining. One gets better with practice,lol.0 -
Thought I'd share this one. I've been waiting neatly 3 months and my transferred funds have not turned up. I've complained to my local branch and they in turn contacted the relevant department. Today I received a letter which told me they were "accepting my complaint" (very nice of them) and that they were enclosing a stamp addressed envelope which I was to use to write to them when my funds turned up in my account and they would then back date the interest to 30 days after I opened the account (which is their minimum obligation)! I had to laugh. Have fired off a letter asking them why they are relying on their customers to tell them when they have set up their ISAs and also in the circumstances I will be looking for at least interest to be backdated to the day I opened the account. Cheeky monkeys!0

Your not on your own im waiting on 6k to be transfered from Bradford and bingley from April 08 to my TSB 6.5%. I'm on my second ISA tranfer form now because Bradford and Bingley recken they have not received a ISA transfer request form where LTB have proof of sending. Can they keep doing this over and over to keep hold of my cash??4kw PV system with Samsung panels x 16 and Sunnyboy TL4000,South,30 degrees pitch,Nottingham0

has anyone managed to get the 12 month period to start from when the initial deposit was credited, as opposed to when the account was opened??
