  • I can't help agreeing with bowz25 - don't worry about your credit rating too much, most people here will not be seeking more credit for a while. I for one have vowed never to use a credit card again if I can help it. Being given too much credit is what got most of us in trouble in the first place! The peace of mind that you will get from having affordable monthly payments will be worth the damage to your credit rating if you go down the route suggested by CCCS.

p.s. Have you got anything you could sell?

Big hugs to you. If you have spoken to CCCS then they will have given their advice- they are not out to make money from you so will have given the best advice they can.
Please phone the samaritans or the doctors. You will get through this- it is only money at the end of the day it is not worth it. Take care.

  • Hi Sporter
I hope the support on this forum helps you.
I think lots of us have felt suicidal at one time or another and not known which way to turn.
CCCS can really give some good advice and I think go and see your GP to get a bit of help for how you're feeling.
If you can share the problem with someone that will help.
It is only money - if you haven't got it then they can't have it.
Post back so everybody know's your ok. We all have different amounts of debts and problems, you are not alone

(another bump!) Hi Sporter - if you can start by making a list of your debts and how much and the interest rates you are paying - this would be a good beginning. I posted my debts and interest rates last week, and due to the advice on here have already managed to reduce two of them to 0% interest rates....... I had no motivation to do that on my own, I was completely stuck and couldn't see a way out. Give it a try, eh? xxx

As has already been said it is only money.

You are priceless there is no money that can replace you. So please stop talking like that.

As has been said you need to do a SOA and people here will see how they can help.

Please take care and do come back.

    Yours

but dont want credit rating to get any worse than it already is

Credit rating doesn't matter if you're dead. I'd rather be alive with a !!!! credit rating than deal with a good one.

If you're genuinely suicidal and not being a drama queen, get yourself to hospital and ask to speak to the duty psych. !!!!!!!! to your credit rating. What's more important?
