Well it's here, the expected letter from Staywarm informing me of the increase. Currently ours is £67.11 per month (£805.32 yr, or £2.20 dly) Increase of £13.30 per monthFrom Dec, will be ££80.41 per month (£964.92 yr, or £2.64 dly)When put in the context of a daily increase of 44p, it dosen't seem too bad, or does it ?.My first reaction is to say, "sod it, lets use it well untill March then look elswhere, that way they will get only four months increase out of me during what might be a bad winter. Plus the fact that we are to have a house guest for a month in Dec. whenwe are bound to use extra".Would you do the same? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I think I would stick with it untill you turn your heating off again around April time. Your increase seems to be far less than others who have posted on here so I presume they have classed you as a low user. I am using a bit more than £80 worth through the winter months but well below that in the summer but it is all balanced out by a DD payment of £68 every month. So I would have a look around at prices in April. Being a low user you will probably find something quite a bit lower than Staywarm but it needs to be worked out on meter readings and unit prices, not just a direct debit offer from a company. I'll willingly give you a hand when the time comes, just sorted a friend out and she's now paying £75 instead of Staywarms increase to £95.0

my yearly amount is E7- 13097 and Day is -1557 so what percentage is the E7 as thats asked in comparison sites ,Thanks0
-
89% - that sounds a bit high though.
Some comparison sites allow you to enter the day and night figures separately without having to give a percentage.0 -
Use 23500kw gas/annum and 6450kw electricity/annum. Staywarm is cheaper for me and fixed price for a year with unlimited kws. "chacun a son gout"The moving finger, having writ, moved on.0

hi everyone, well we have just received a letter from easywarm with another increase. switched november 05 monthly payment of £63 (hubby thought it was a good idea!) letter to notify increase in Feb 06 to £71, letter in May 06 to say increase again to £89, received another letter today (7/11) increase to £106 from Jan 07. We live in a three bedded semi hubby, me and our son of 24, we all work during the day, I think we need to switch suppliers, its gone up over £40 per month in a year. any ideas who to switch to and save some money0
