that must have been why I ordered two cases.......although, trying to think back, I think I thought it was 12 bottles=1 case of wine to get the 100o points and was convinced that was all I'd ordered ...but anyway, hey ho, the rejected case has been credited back to my CC (despite the grumpy delivery man trying to tell me it was a really difficult thing to do if I didn't want it), and here's hoping the points materialise at some point!!

24 bottles of Cobra also works for the 1000 points (i had some of those) and I think the low carb beer (michelob?) does as well HTH

I HAVE JUST HAD GROCERIES DELIVERED AND USED POINTS VOUCHER XX QL28 TO GET 1000 POINTS WITH £75 SPEND (SPENT£92), ACCEPTED WHEN ORDERED PLACED BUT NOW IT STATES ON DELIVERY NOTE THAT THE VOUCHER COULD NOT BE USED AND THAT THEY WILL EMAIL ME TOMORROW.

I HOPE THAT THIS IS THE SAME AS THE WINE VOUCHERS AND IT WILL JUST BE ADDED ON LATER.

The same happened to me.
Ring tesco.com(the number will be on your invoice) explain that the code has not been added and that the code is what encouraged you to do an on-line shop.
I also told them that I would be unlikely to shop on-line again unless the code was honoured.
A lovely man added it there an then, no problem.

I have done a shop with tesco online, but I always forget something, I have tried to go back in and amend the order but when I click on something it wouldn`t update into my basket. What am I doing wrong?

Ended up having to cancel the oreder just to add a few items.

You will find it at the top right hand of the page next to checkout.

With the £15 off grocery voucher can I put vitamin tablets on that order and the like? I dont want them to take it off me. I just remembered someone saying they had some tablets on once before and it got refused saying they don't count them towards it but would vitamins be the same? and I want some omega 3 oil

Hi,

I never realised you had to put in voucher code at first check out and that it cant be added later.

Is there anyway of getting a voucher on or have I missed the boat.

Spending £100 on crimbo groceries so would be nice to get something.

Be VERY careful you don't lose your slot. In my area there are only a few slots left for the 19th and nothing after that, so if you have a delivery slot for 20th - 22nd you may not be able to rebook it. Check availability before you cancel the order would be my advice.

Also take a printout of your order because when you cancel you will lose all the info and have to start again.
