Received delivery tonight and it showed the Clubcard Statement section but had included the 750 points from coupon and not the usual -0.00p saving. Hope this is the way coupon points will be displayed in future.

    Hi Tight Fist
The last 3 deliveries I've received have had the points added straight away.
Much better than waiting for 3 months in the hope that they get added.

Sorry if Im being a thicko here, but I seem to have run out of codes to use on buying my online shopping - I keep getting either out of date messages or used too many times.

Now I have been told you can register another adult at your address so that you can double the amount of points you put codes in for.

I have therefore just registered my husband and applied for a card. The thing is, do I order with his new card number or can I change that to my number but order through his name?

If I change his card number will it be attached to my account and hence the points still not available to me?

    Many thanks guys!

Just ordered lots of lovely wine - spent £50 so saved a tenner (technically a fiver as delivery is £5) and, they email you a voucher for £10 of your next grocery shop so all in all not bad so thanks for the link.

  • Does anyone know how long it takes for the points to show up on your clubcard statement on tesco.com. I also have a couple of receipts from .com with the extra points added then had one which didnt, I phoned and they said it had definately gone through. My statement is showing 2500 and should be about 6,000 by now. Do you think they do this to confuse us. Can you get a list of points by date of the web site, it would be really good if you could as you could see what was missing.

  • I used it twice by creating another on-line account in my hubby's name, also using a different clubcard.
Delivery was to the same address.
