Yes, I had the same experience. Also phoned customer services and got the same information. Initially they offered to send me another voucher, but I said that wasn't acceptable as I wouldn't be wanting (i.e. couldn't afford!) to buy another case of wine before the offer ran out. At which the bloke said "oh, well, I can add the points for you". It seemed to have happened. as my points total on a receipt in-store yesterday has shot up.

Hi,

I have just got my December statement from Tesco, I am sure I have used a 1000 points on one of my orders recently but nothing shows as being carried over for next month. I have also deleted all my old conf emails from them. Grrrrr

If your delivery note at the time had Coupon -0.01p on it, then the points will eventually be added.

I reckon a lot of the issues of people thinking they have not had points added boil down to the 'Valid Until' date on the coupon. Points will not be added to your total until AFTER this date, irrespective of when you used the coupon. I went through the same thing at the last clubcard statement, and couldn't quite beleive they would be added, but they were. It was only a couple of weeks before the actual cut-off date that they showed up though.

As I said, the key thing is to check your delivery note when it arrives. Also useful to make a note on this as to what code you used, and just file it somewhere safe.

No, I havent had mine yet. They stagger the mailings so don't worry just yet!

They will be received before 30th Nov, thats what it says on the till receipts.
