I hope it means it will show up online when they take the payment, it'll make it easier to keep track.

Has anybody been getting this error on the tesco grocery web site lately "Sorry, but there has been an unexpected error. Please try again later."? I seem to have been getting this over a week on and off

Me too, but I get there in the end after a couple of attempts.

Just had my tesco delivery of wine delivered and it says on the invoice from the driver that they were sorry they could not accept the £10 off code i ahd entered....so i only got the free delivery.....It was accepted when i placed the order for sure as usually if not accepted you have to remove that code when placing an order....is this acceptable as i would not have placed the order it was a code for £10 off £100 aND I SPEND £105.09.....SHOULD I CONTACT CUST.SERV ? AND SAY WHAT ?

I'd ring them and ask why not.

I rang customer services, they said they were having technical problems, and said they would add the points "manually". It appears to have happened, as my next Tesco checkout receipt showed a sudden boost in points.

wELL...I RANG TESCO THERE AND THEY ARE REFUNDING MY £10 SO I AM WELL PLEASED....DIDNT SAY WHY IT WAS TAKEN OFF IN THE FIRST PLACE MAYBE SOMETHING TO DO WITH SO MANY CODES BEING USED........THNAKS TO ALL THE GREAT PEOPLE ON HERE........

Tesco seem to be in bit of a mess with wine codes at the moment. Had my 1000 point voucher refused I phoned CS and helpful person added it to my account with no problems. Same happened to my sister she phoned CS and person she spoke to refused to asccept code. Motto I think is if you dont't sucseed first time try again
