Seems odd to me because my ponits have been added straight away both for the 2500 and 1000 wine code without any problems. No mentio of having to wait until May mailing. I think whole thing depends on who you speak to. :j0

Hi,
I have just taken delivery of my Tesco order and 2 issues have come up:
I ordered 2 x 24 pk Walker Cheese & Onion Crisps - should have been 2 for £4, however no reduction came up.
I also used a £10 of £75 voucher (from MSE of course!), however after discounts it came to less than £75. Even though it showed on the order confirmation, it didn't go through at the store.
I have just contacted them on 0845 722 5533 - initially they said they couldn't do anything, however I pointed out if they were that stringent, then their website should take the reductions off at source. They spoke to a supervisor and I got a £10 refund.
So basically just a word of warning to check your delivery note.....and then complain if necessary!!
Got to go and unpack it now - you'd think in the name of customer service Tesco would do that too0 -
i got my extra points added but only after contacting them TWICE, they said they have been having 'technical difficulties' which is business speak for 'can't cope'! LOLMember no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:

Strange substitution
My shopping turned up whilst I was out, so boyfriend brought it in and accepted the substititions (as instructed) just gt back and found a packet of supernoodle had been sent instead of a 12 pack of skips.
Not sure whose worse - the packer, or the boyfriend who thought it was a fair swap! Rang them up and they have refunded double the price and told me to enjoy the noodles too!

***Also, they have added 1000pts straight on, hope thats the end of chasing up points after expiry date! Only spent £39 after bogof too***0 -
I don't understand why there is so much inconsistency with the allocation of the bonus points - surely it would make their jobs easier if the system was more straightforward. Also, could someone please tell me - are Wine points shown separately from Grocery on the statement or are they all just lumped together?0

I had problems with points as well. 1500 points should have been added in August and weren't, I was told to ring in october and check and when I did they told me they would be on the nov statement, of course they were not, so after calling and being passed back and forth between club cards and customer services depts eventually got them added last night.0

If anybody has the "Sorry, but there has been an unexpected error. Please try again later." problem on groceries, find the tescos cookie on your pc and delete it - it did the trick for me.0

I ordered some wine on Monday using a £10 off £50 spend code. Wine came and OH signed for it without checking the receipt properly. When I got home I saw that it said "£10 off voucher not accepted at this time...." When I called to ask why they said the store was having technical difficulties, so I called the next day and they said "no idea why not allowed, so we'll reissue the voucher for you to use next time!"
After I complained that this meant I'd now have to spend £100 to get my £10 discount and that this was just a con the nice man offered me 1000 Clubcard points instead! WahoooCredited to my account immediately.

Please can I have some advice please:
I have a voucher for 500 points on my first tesco.com order - it doesn't say a minimum spend so in theory if I ordered one packet of crisps and paid the delivery charge would I get the 500 points. Is there a minimum order value ?
I have another voucher code for 200 points on a £10 spend on fruit and veg could I also use both codes at the same time ? Or is it only one e-code per shop ? Grateful for any advice you could give me - thank youI am the only Voucher Queen in my village LOL

If it doesnt say a minimum spend you should be ok but a bit embarrassing to just order one packet of crisps!
