The same thing happened to me last week. Phone customer services on 0845 722 5533 - they are very helpful.

This seems to be happening to everyone with the wine order. SOmeone on my forum called Clubcard who said there was a problem with the wine club codes. I am waiting for my second order today and will email them if the points arent on this order too.

I have just rang them to say the 1000 points code won't work on the Tesco Perry and they said just to ring them when it was delivered and give them the receipt details and they will manually add points.

I gave up a few days ago trying to get any of the wine codes to work, none of them were accepted .

I tried it with the Perry though, so maybe that's why.

A couple of people had used the codes with beer? I couldn't find a way of using them with beer - anyone any pointers which ones to buy - is it in the Grocery section or the Wine warehouse?

If you go to the wine warehouse and type beer in the search box it brings up all the available ones

Rang cs and they have added the 1000 points :T

BTW just looking at ordering again and you can use the 1000 point code & still get the free delivery if order over £50

Sorry if this has already been asked - but it's a very long thread to read - anyway I placed an order using the code for 1000 extra points on a £50 shop - at the time of ordering the codes was accepted etc but I don't think I have received the points - I'm just looking at the printed receipt that came with the shopping and it says 49points this visit - I use the Tesco visa card and the shopping bill after delivery and discounts came to £49.75 so now I'm really confused as I should have received my 1000 points plus 49, plus about 24 for using my tesco visa - any ideas? There isn't a statement on the receipt to say that I haven't received my extra points like someone else got.

I'm very confused but I don't want to phone Tesco unless I have to - in case they ask where I got the code from....

Your feedback would be much appreciated.

Hi Bella

The critical bit seems to be a deduction of £0.01 for the code in the discounts section: as long as you have this the points always seem to reach your account eventually, usually a week or so after the code expires. I don't think the 'visa' points ever show up on your receipt. HTH
