I used a 1500 code and a 1000 code during my last two shops so should have at least 2500 points but my clubcard account is only showing up 1700. I still have the email confirming my orders and the use of those codes so why isn't it showing up in my account?0

Sometimes they don't show up until the expiry date of the code has passed. This has happend a few times to me.0 -
Hi all,
After reading the various threads I decided It was time to try and grap some points. I took out a Tesco credit card with 6 months interrst free and to start me off payed for 1/2 of a new car on it even though had to pay dealer handling fee of 2.5%.
I have a few questions I understand the teco credit card works like a club card but how do I see my points balance , just had my first credit card statement and no mention on there ?
when you are shopping online just done 1st shop using 1000 points voucher do you have to be carefull that the discount items do not take your purcagse below the trigger value ie £50 or £75 and this is before delivery ?
what does this bogof stand for ?
What is the best way to use points I realise that it if you use vouchers outside of store they are worth more x 4 is there abest way to use these?
many thanks

sorry i can't help regarding their credit card

the discounts don't appear until the "real" checkout therefore it doesn't matter if offers take you below the trigger value the code will still be valid.

bogof = buy one get one free

I have never used my point as deal vouchers but from what I have heard it works out better value if you transfer your club card point into deal vouchers - as you said worth 4 times as much. There is information on the website about this - sorry can't find link
many thanks

Up till now I have had my points listed on a clubcard statement which arrives quarterly ( the next one is due any time now) and this is entirely separate from the credit card statement. On the Clubcard statement there are little boxes which tell you where you have earned your points, eg petrol, grocery, online shopping etc. You'll find your credit card points listed as from Tesco Personal Finance ( half a point per pound spent on the card ). However, just to make it all more complicated, I believe they are changing this from November and there is to be a separate clubcard statement for points earned from Tesco Personal Finance. It's possible then that you will get two Clubcard statements as well as your credit card statement, but I haven't had mine yet so can't be sure how this will work. Hope this has helped and not just added more confusion!0 -
Thanks for the replies,
Can you view your points that you have earned on your credit card purchases online anywhere ?
Like you say I believe they are changing credit card points this month but hope you can combine both together.

If you go here http://www.tesco.com/clubcard/clubcard/index.htm it will give you your total points but not your credit card ones separately. It does have an option on the page to ask Tesco a question though, you might get an answer there0

Hi
Having read the 1000 extra points for buying any case of wine and especially as truely my favorite being perry ive just ordered myself a case only it wouldnt accept the voucher codes. Its stored them until next time for me
I did read on here about buying the perry. Do you think its cause its so cheap or is there a mim spend on the use of the code?
Any help is most welcome thanks as my wines cupboard is bareMad Mum to 3 wonderful children, 2 foster kittens and 2 big fat cats that never made it to a new home!
Aiming to loose 56 pounds this year. Total to date 44.5 pounds 12.5 to go. Slimming World Rocks!0 -
minimum order is 12 bottles for ANY order from the wine section regardless of codes (some cases are only 6 bottles) Isn't a minimum spend just "a case" - but you do need to buy at least 12 bottles - other than that I don't know why it own't accept the code0
