Tesco grocery online codes - discussion thread

Used RGV8RHC68ZBH on order for £140.00 and said it had accepted it but when shopping arrived just now they have not deducted it and there is a message with the shopping saying 'We're sorry but we couldn't use the following coupons/vouchers £10 off your groceries. We will email you tomorrow to let you know how you can use them with your next shop'. Very disappointed with this. The codes have always worked with no problem except last time when I did have a bit of a fight before they gave me the £10 off. Don't feel I can fight this time though

Why not? This has happened to me a number of times. Each time I've rung them and they've always been fine about it and credited the £10 to my bank account. As far as I'm concerned, if it's accepted with your online shop, they should honour the code and give you your money off.

Go on ... give it a whirl.

Thank you MimiJane, you gave me courage! I have just phoned them and gave them the code, she said no problem. This happens sometimes but just to phone them and they will always credit it to the account.

Can't use 1000 points code on perry but can use it on lambrini. Just placed my order and believe that this was the next cheapest after the perry.

Its anything that you can buy in the whole grocery section - which includes toiletries, household pets alcohol etc

The and they Emailed me yesterday to tell me one was out of stock. This seems a bit strange seeing as I ordered them about a fortnight ago. I asked them to just double up another of my wine cases and they said this was not possible. The bloke I spoke to assured me I would still get my points, but I am not convinced. I am going to Email Tesco. If they say no then I am afraid the cases of wine will be going back on the van.

This week only there is FREE delivery on Tesco wine extra orders over £50 - its usually orders over £100 to qualify for free delivery - you don't need to do anything to get this - it will automatically give you FREE delivery if you order this week.
