Tesco grocery online codes - discussion thread

Second week in a row they declined a £10 off £75 code for me,but this time I ordered 2x6 tins of cat food,they sent1 x 6,and 1x 30 swing bin liners,they subsituted 1x 15.
So I rang CS to say they seemed to reduce quantities in order for the spend to drop below £75.
They then refunded £10 to my card with no argument.

yes i got a confirmation e-mail saying 2500 points (worth £0.01)?

What is the easiest way to find what offers tesco have regarding buy one get one free's on online shopping. If i click on offers and ideas it only shows about 10 offers, thanks

My wine order is due for delivery this morning, last night tesco called me to say that one case was out of stock, which will take me below the £100 mark, but according to the nice man there i should still get my 2,500 points, has this happened to anyone else ? If so did you still get your points.

Apologies if a question like this has already been asked or if it's in the wrong thread, but how soon after using Tesco.com for your groceries do your clubcard points appear on their website? Not just bonus points but all points in general. From what I can see my instore purchases are getting allocated fairly quickly but my weekly shop on-line just doesn't seem to get added. Certainly bonus points aren't there and I feel I'm missing all others as well. Before you ask, my clubcard is registered correctly on my account page. I've checked.

In response to BlueMorph...I have had this a lot with my grocery orders i.e. items not in stock reducing the order value to below the e-voucher limit...I seem to have received most if not all of the e-voucher amounts though BUT I did email Tesco this week re: my last order which was short and they said I would not get the points...they didn't seem bothered about it either and just said I could use the voucher again if it was still valid!

All sounds a bit hit and miss especially since it is very difficult to check if you get bonus e-voucher points from individual orders credited...

It all depends on the Valid Until date on the code - they don't get added until after that date, irrespective of when you used them.

is it correct that you don't gett the 5p off voucher for petrol if you order online?

Also i only recived 1 school voucher on a £100 order? I had to pop in store to get some things i had forgotten and mentioned it to the cashier and she gave me half a book so nothing lost in the end!

BTW just done a wine order to get the 1000 points and as mentioned in the voucher thread but someone posted to say the cheapest wine was Tesco's sparkling perry. £9.58 for 12 bottle but it won't let you use the voucher against that item!
