Bootsentertainment.com appear to have sent me a duplicate of a cd which i received a month ago - am i supposed to phone and email them to get them to take it back or not? people on another forum say only do so if theyve charge me which i now cant find out till monday *grrrr* but am i not supposed to send it back even if they havent? a bit strange of them to do this, i cant see them letting me have a cd for free for some reason.

ok thanks for all the info u guys, im still shook up i feel like ive had a bereavement...must be my nerves, like i said i had a panic attack have not had one in 6 months they started 2 1/2 yrs ago after an accident..

a little calmer now  so tell u the full story

as i said for weeks the same security guard kept following me even though many times he saw me pay by card and ive said in front of him to a friend how many advant card holders do u think are shoplifters, this morning was no different 8.45 am pops in to boots ground floor grabs meal deal, grab item previously charged 3 for 2 but only 2 in stock,grabs tissues general crap, pays at till on ground floor(i do this everytime  every level as i get watched)put items in my backpack.proceeds to 1st floor to look at 3 for 2 gifts get machine for offers, followed again, watched constantly.
eats my meal deal for brekkie as i browse puts empty packaging in basket, goes to 3rd floor for more 3 for 2 gifts security calls staff to watch me on 3rd floor...( i know because ive done the coded calls)
goes back to ground floor decides to get my first 3 for 2 offer ROC pack 26.21, looks for clearsil as i have voucher wants to see if its worth buying, mobile rings put basket down to answer, bad reception says to caller "hold on im in boots I cant hear you" security guard is 1 metre away from me staring straight at me so he heard it, goes outside to continue call. emergency call so i dont go back in i proceed to go pass a message on to someone, go to tk maxx grabs few bargains,meet a friend has lunch. 2pm returns to boots has look at 1st floor 3 for 2 gifts first, chooses other two 3for2's but need more points 122 short so decides not to take (as usual) them down a level, ground: gets 3 for 2 tony and guy  goes till too busy i break routine walk upstairs to pay as its quiet  waits in que, within 30 seconds there he is creeping about behind me at the till watches me paying(as usual) grabs 600 points as not to leave it empty after my 3for 2 gifts come off, im knackered now its been along day( have a disability with my leg since accident) my legs sore, turns to go out door on 1st floor for a cig, cant as exit is shopping centre its no smoking, goes downstairs out front door walks 3 metres straight ahead lights fag rests against a bike rail as my leg is sore, next thing 2 security are so close i can smell chewing gum off thier breath,trapped between them and the bike rail with whole city centre watching,"u never paid for your sandwich this morning" as they radio for help,presumably the police.they got showed the reciept and walked away no aplogy nothin.not a thanks,sorry,our mistake...absolutely nothin

moral is the security guard watched me pay this morning, im sure the other one on cctv prob did 2.thank god boots only had 2  of my 3 for 2 or else that recipet was in the bin....theres loads of legal things in my favour but cant talk about it.i twice been to boots 25 miles awayrather than use this store, as my panic attacks were coming back when i was been followed round store recently,today i had a massive 1

update: i never did go back in for my 3 for 2 gifts after my  cig obviously, and before anyone asks i always look presentable, trendy even if i do say so myself,im 27!!

isnt boots a 30 day return, if so, wait till monday, check if they have charged you, if they havent it must be a free gift for you(probally for collecting all your points) so keep it

Simple solution use data protection act to request copy of all videos in store for periods in question and slaughter them with their own evidence!
