I'll be stuck in meetings a lot of today so I'll have to have a sneaky mobile on vibrate under the table and watch out for texts that way.
I wonder if it is all do-able by Christmas as my purchasers want?

Had to go up another £5k but then they said yes!
I'm so happy!
Have also arranged a mortgage since I got home!
No stopping me now!

We had to - the rate we were going for goes up at 12.00 tonight! By shifting ourselves we have saved 0.1% over the lifetime of the mortgage! Yayyyyy!:T:D
