    We hoping that we can use the money from mine to pay off BF mortgage then port it over to the new together house, using the rest of the money from mine to use as the deposit

    BF has a viewing tonight so fingers crossed we might both be homeless by Christmas :rotfl:

  • Good luck PO! exciting but stressful for sure - another one here waiting to be *ahem* MF (but luckily not homeless!) by xmas!
    Its certainly a waiting game and a bit like poker with the offers! heres hoping one that is good enough comes thru!

    So here I am.....just over a year MF and now going to embark on the whole debacle again!
    Going to see 4 tomorrow and a financial advisor.
    And they want to move in at the beginning of December! OMG!!!!!
    Still - won't be sorry to leave this house after everything which happened here.
    New house, new start. Love it!
