Woohoo - good to go; do you think you can be moved by Christmas? I'd have so much to pack next Christmas might be more realistic0
-
The solicitor seems to think we can so I think we are aiming for 16/12/11.:T:T:T
The packing - well that's another matter. I'm leaving a fair bit of furniture but I think everything else will get chucked in boxes and bags to be sorted at a later date! only two weekends at home between now and the 16th!

The really good newsis that Mr C's dodgy tenant at has agreed to move out by the end of the month. She has been an absolute nightmare - anti-social behaviour, parties with dodgy guests, noy paying rent on time, not replying or acknowledging any communication etc. Mr C finally got her step mother to meet him there last night and she was horrified at what's been going on. Mr C had been so kind - low rental, kept the bills himself included (mad!!!!) etc. She has basically stuck two fingers up at him! Glad to see the back of her and her friends. Reference? I don't think so darling, not one which will do you any good anyway!

Was hoping to have some idea about when we're moving but nothing as yet. I think before Christmas is starting to look a little optimistic now. Getting a little frustrated!
Also thought that Mr C might be home next week but he's not going to be. Boo hiss!2010 MFW Challenge No. 112 Mortgage paid in full 27/08/10 I was MF!!!
