Woohoo - good to go; do you think you can be moved by Christmas? I'd have so much to pack next Christmas might be more realistic :o
  • The solicitor seems to think we can so I think we are aiming for 16/12/11.:T:T:T
The packing - well that's another matter. I'm leaving a fair bit of furniture but I think everything else will get chucked in boxes and bags to be sorted at a later date! only two weekends at home between now and the 16th!

    Very exciting :j
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

  • The really good newsis that Mr C's dodgy tenant at has agreed to move out by the end of the month. She has been an absolute nightmare - anti-social behaviour, parties with dodgy guests, noy paying rent on time, not replying or acknowledging any communication etc. Mr C finally got her step mother to meet him there last night and she was horrified at what's been going on. Mr C had been so kind - low rental, kept the bills himself included (mad!!!!) etc. She has basically stuck two fingers up at him! Glad to see the back of her and her friends. Reference? I don't think so darling, not one which will do you any good anyway!
Another house to get sold! Yayyyy!

  • Was hoping to have some idea about when we're moving but nothing as yet. I think before Christmas is starting to look a little optimistic now. Getting a little frustrated!
Also thought that Mr C might be home next week but he's not going to be. Boo hiss!
